TUESDAY 28 MAY - Kate will be putting together a ploughman’s platter featuring a famous Scottish Forfar Bridie and the Naked Scotsman condiments.
TUESDAY 4 JUNE - Coq Au Vin, a classic French dish of chicken cooked in red wine.
TUESDAY 11 JUNE - Beef Olives, one of Kate's favourites.
TUESDAY 18 JUNE - Laksa, a spicy noodle dish that is popular in Malaysia and Singapore. Kate will be using the range from Simon Johnson.
TUESDAY 25 JUNE - Maynard's black bean soup, and Cathedral cake ginger loaf.
